AUSTRALIAN FLAT RATE SHIPPING

Standard Shipping: FREE

Add Signature On Delivery (for extra protection): $2.95

Express Shipping + Signature On Delivery: $15

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping at this stage. If you are interested in our range being available to your country, please contact us at hello@unfltd.com.au 

 

AUSTRALIA POST

Our shipping provider is Australia Post. 

Orders placed before 1.30pm will ship on the same day. (Monday - Friday).

Orders placed after 1.30pm will ship the following business day. (Monday - Friday)

You will receive a tracking ID via email once your order is processed. Please allow 24 hours before tracking your package, as there can be delay with the item being scanned from Australia Post. 

To reduce the risk of theft, we recommend adding Signature On Delivery. If you request for the parcel to be left at your premises, please be aware that we then have to send the parcel without signature and you are doing so at your own risk.

Shipping times can vary from 3-20 business days (depending on address).

If your parcel has not arrived in this time frame you can contact us at hello@unfltd.com.au to help locate your parcel. We will work with Australia Post to locate any missing parcels and send you updates about the progress.

Please keep in mind that once a parcel has shipped it is out of our control what happens while in transit. We will always work hard to help locate a missing item in the event of this happening.

In the event that a parcel goes missing and Australia Post is unable to locate it, standard procedure is for us to send you replacement items or you may request a refund.
